This Best Beef Rub delivers bold, smoky flavor and a perfect crust on smoked brisket, beef ribs, and any cut of beef—ideal for BBQ lovers who want rich, authentic taste every time.

Ingredients

3 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional

Instructions

Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl.

Transfer to a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store in a cool place for up to 2 to 3 months.
