This Russian Dressing has a nice kick and an incredible flavor profile. Use in salads, egg or chicken salad, and of course...deli sandwiches, such as a Reuben. Amazing!
¼cupchili sauce Heinz has a nice version, or find some in the Asian section of your supermarket
2tablespoonsour cream
1tablespoonprepared horseradish sauce
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1tablespoongrated white oniona box grater works well
1tablespoonflat-leaf parsleychopped
1tablespoondill picklesminced
1teaspoonfreshly squeezed lemon
PinchKosher salt and freshly ground black pepperto taste
Instructions
Mix everything together in a medium-sized bowl.
1 cup mayonnaise , ¼ cup chili sauce , 2 tablespoon sour cream, 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish sauce, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon grated white onion, 1 tablespoon flat-leaf parsley, 1 tablespoon dill pickles, 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon, Pinch Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Taste and adjust seasonings.
Transfer to a jar (or container) with a lid and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour, or even better: overnight.
